In an effort to promote citizen engagement and transparency in government, Atlantis City Manager Brian R. Moree makes appearances throughout the City for Coffee with the City Manager.
In a comfortable setting, Mr. Moree engages in a relaces conversation with residents to discuss topics of their choice. In addition to topics brought up by residents, Mr. Moree will provide updates on the annual budget, capital projects, issues being considered by the City Council, and a variety of other topics.
The Coffee events are the City's effort to provide substantive and accurate information to its residents. "It's an opportunity to build relationships and discover innovative solutions to City issues. I've found these events to be very productive" stated the Manager.
