A request for a variance from Secs. 15-5(d)(4)c, and 15-6(d) of the City Zoning Code to allow a swimming pool deck to be constructed four (4) feet into the required ten (10) foot side setback, and to allow the same pool deck to be constructed on the interior six (6) feet of the existing twelve (12) foot wide utility easement located in the same side yard setback where such construction is otherwise prohibited.  The subject property is located in the R-1AA Single-Family Residential Zoning District at 200 North Country Club Drive.
