Bid and Proposal Requests

AUDITING SERVICES
The City of Atlantis, Florida, a municipal corporation located in Palm Beach County, Florida (“City”), is accepting proposals for Auditing Services until 2:00 P.M. EST on October 25, 2018, at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 260 Orange Tree Drive, Atlantis, FL 33462, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the aforementioned date and time will be returned unopened.

Bid announcement is available on the City’s website www.atlantisfl.gov. Bid documents are available at Office of the City Clerk, 260 Orange Tree Drive, Atlantis, Florida 33462 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, or by email at KPuhalainen@atlantisfl.gov. Prospective proposers should register with the City Clerk to receive any addendums, if issued.

Sealed proposal envelopes should be marked “RFP for Auditing Services” The City shall evaluate the proposals in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. The City shall select a proposer in accordance with the requirements of Section 218.391, Florida Statutes. The City may conduct interviews and/or require presentations as part of the evaluation process. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any proposer in connection with its response to this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject all RFP submittals, to waive any formalities, to solicit and re-advertise for new RFP submittals, or to abandon the process in its entirety.

 

The City of Atlantis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities.  The award, if made, will be to the Bidder whose Bid is in the best interest of the Project. In determining which Bid is in the best interest of the Project, the City of Atlantis shall consider the amount that is bid for this Project, any past experience the City of Atlantis has had with the Bidder or the Bidder’s proposed Subcontractors, Suppliers, individuals or entities on previous matters which resulted in the need for change orders, or other factors that increased the total project costs for such past work on previous matters, and proposed time of completion.
