Atlantis has its own Building Department to issue permits and make inspections for building within the City. Contractors must be licensed with the State and County and registered with the city prior to working in Atlantis.
Residents may call City Hall at 965-1744 to determine if a contractor is registered
with the city.
Permitted Hours of Construction Work
7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
WORK IS NOT PERMITTED ON SUNDAY.
Occupational License
An occupational license is required for all businesses located within the city. Licenses are renewed each year on October 1.
